David Boehler: Try restarting your ipod. If you still have no luck you could either restore your ipod or download a 3rd party browser from the app store. Also if it is 3rd gen 32 or 64 gig you might have locked the landscape mode, you can undo this by double clicking the home button sliding your finger right and tapping the button on the far left.Hope this helps
