A small pedestal mirror, tiny lamp and some perfume bottles on the shelf can make a sweet little vanity.....even if it too small to actually use comfortably,at least the space is decorated and gives the illusion of being useful.

Dont be afraid to keep your! furniture off the walls, You can start off with (Browns, Deep Oranges or even a Deep Blue) These colors will make the rug stand out against the flooring.Then you could work around it to add to the room, Curtains that may go with the area rug you chose. Not too matchey matchey, You can get one that has a touch of the colors from the rug. You can accent the rest of the room with throw pillows. I dont know how handy you are but @ home depot they have these floating shelves that are easy to install and are cheap in cost, they have all different sizes. (even I can put them in). and their great for storing books, cd's, dvd's, or even to display sport items, and they look awesome. As for the walls I think a great idea would be to take pics of your friends or even pics of the female/male body like the neck, the arch in his/her back, Hips, these are sexy parts of a woman/mans but without being pornagraphic, then take to a print store and have them make them Black & white or even s! epia then frame them and there is your art work....Show more

I did not know how to make cake flowers so I would buy some carnations and would line the base of the cake. Then a few years ago my nephew wanted to make a ginger bread house for christmas we have made dozens and we need a lot of candy these are magic. You can make something simple and use any style of candy and it looks like you work for hours.You can use any kind of candy like snow caps or any flat candy something with a lot of color and just decorate the outside of the cake.Then on the top you can put a small container like a basket or pail of things she likes. You can even cut a circle in the middle of the cake and put some flowers there.Just remember that when you decorate a cake you have to let it cool down for the best frosting; I put a lite coat then put it back in the fridge then finish frosting it.
