Brock Hladik: what free phone? you need to sign up for a new 1 or 2 year contract to get a phone for free.. the phones are subsidized by the service that you pay for during the course of the contract.. otherwise you are going to have to pay full retail price for the phone.. this is the LAND PHONE section... once you purchase a replacement phone for full retail value the account holder will need to contact the provider to activate the phone (and in the event of GSM networks - they may need to get a new SIM card from the provider, unless the phone came with one and the provider will let you use that new SIM card) only way around paying full retail would be if you had insurance, then you would need to file a police report, then pay the deductible to replace your phone.....Show more
