Donald Caravalho: I live in Canada, but I find that it's far cheaper to just download them off bittorrent and have your computer hooked up to your TV. Absolutely free and you're in total control.
Marhta Teahan: Tivo is a Digital Video Recorder (DVR) and not a service provider. You would use Tivo with a Satellite or cable provider(or over the air too I guess) Bell seems to be a Satellite provider, and I assume they have their own DVR. Your choice would then be to use Bell's DVR or to use Tivo with the Bell service.
