Samara Siewers: You could try it and if it does not work for you, change to the once a week program. The benefit of the once a week program is that you will have already learned how to manage your time once you go to college. If you have other social outlets, then this should be no problem in the social area. BTW, many home-schooled kids adjust just fine to college.
Antonette Shappy: Homeschooling is a great experience during primary school.High school on the other had is much different. Being home schooled in high school is not a smart choice. When you go to college, you will not know how to act in many situations and with most people your age. It will be scary, because this is such a big change, but I know a lot of people who were homeschooled before, and switched during high school, and completely agree with me that it is the right thing to do....Show more
Barton Slisz: I think it might be a good idea to try it out. I know a lot of people who were home sc! hooled for elementary and then went to traditional school for HS. I know other people who are sticking with home school for their whole educational career, and their social development is perfectly fine, not even a concern.I think trying it out with an open mind is a good idea though. There's obviously a reason you're considering it, so it may be the right place for you to be....Show more
James Langmyer: i think that you should try going to school..it will help you with social skills and learn what its like to be with other kids your age..you might just like it..
Jerrod Guilfoil: everybody needs the social interaction of school. try real school and finish with that unless there is a major problem. bad teachers, bullys, less than adequate material taught.
Rodrigo Pezley: I suggest trying to go to high school. if you don't like it, then go back to homeschooling. I heard High school is supposed to be the best years of school, so why no try to enjoy them. Plus! , you will not do well in college, like interacting with teach! ers and other students. Just try it out.
